1. Token Distribution

Total Number of Tokens: A total of 9,270 CAFLW1 tokens will be issued.Token Address: 0xa6eC87f5dd44Ff6780A99aD9774cfcf8785dEe8A
Team Allocation: No tokens will be allocated to the project team.
Reserved Tokens: Any unsold tokens by the start of production will be placed in reserve.The reserve fund will be distributed based on the decision of Cellini Art Fund S.p.A shareholders.
Private Sales: Private sales of CAFLW1 will begin on February 12, 2024.Tokens for Partners and Consultants: No tokens are allocated for partners and consultants. We aim to create a fair and open ecosystem for all participants.
Token Distribution: Token distribution will occur only once. There are no plans for new issuances or any additional token releases.The quantity and value of tokens correspond to the estimated production cost of the docuseries.
Token Locking and Unlocking: There is no token locking or unlocking. Token holders will have the freedom to manage their assets as they see fit.

2. Token Sales

The value of 1 CAFLW1 token is €100.00. Once investors have successfully passed the KYC process, they will receive an invitation email containing details about how to purchase tokens. The email will include a description of the purchasing procedure to guide investors through the process.

3. Token Depository

Option 1:
To receive their share of the earnings, CAFLW1 token holders are required to deposit their tokens into the provided dividend distribution smart contract. The token deposit process will begin after the completion of sales and the commencement of series production. Detailed step-by-step instructions and assistance will be provided to token holders to facilitate the deposit process.

Option 2:
CAFLW1 tokens have a nominal value of €100.00. At the end of the financial year, 50% of the profits generated from the "Leonardo Wanted, Season 1" series' commercialization will be automatically distributed among investors who have deposited CAFLW1 tokens. It is expected that the token's market value will significantly increase upon the release of the completed series.

To mitigate investment risks, CAFLW1 token holders have the option to exchange their tokens for CLLI security tokens at the nominal value, without any additional conditions.

Pass the KYC procedure

KYC, or Know Your Customer, verifies customer identities for services or transactions. We've partnered with SumSub for this third-party service, ensuring your personal information isn't stored or handled by us. Depending on your payment method, you'll complete KYC steps, typically involving ID document uploads and verification. For smooth processing, we recommend using a mobile device.

Get Whitelisted

Once the KYC verification process is successfully completed, you will receive an automated notification regarding your whitelist status. Subsequently, we will reach out to you via email a second time with detailed instructions on the next steps for payment and token acquisition. Please monitor your inbox for our message to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Receive Instructions on Payment and Storing Tokens

At this stage, we will establish communication with you to guide you through the payment process and provide instructions on how to receive and securely store your tokens.

Step 1: Adding Binance Smart Chain to MetaMask Wallet

1. Access your MetaMask wallet and navigate to the "Settings" section.2. Locate the "Networks" option and click on "Add Network"3. Step 2: Adding CAFLW1 Token to MetaMask Wallet

1. Access your MetaMask wallet2. Go to the "Tokens" tab3. Click on "Import Tokens"4. In the "Token Contract Address" field, enter the CAFLW1 token contract address: 0xa6eC87f5dd44Ff6780A99aD9774cfcf8785dEe8A5. After entering the contract address, you will see the token name "CAFLW1"6. Click "Add Custom Token"
Following these steps, the CAFLW1 token should be displayed in your MetaMask wallet.
Please note that these instructions are provided for using MetaMask and integrating with Binance Smart Chain. If you are using a different wallet, the setup process may vary slightly, but the general principles will remain the same.

Step 7: Read and Accept the TermsUpon first launching MetaMask, you will be prompted to read and accept the terms of use. Review the terms, and if you agree, click the "Accept" button. Step 8: Create a New WalletOn the next screen, you will be prompted to create a new wallet. Select the option "Create a Wallet" and click the "Get Started" button. Step 9: Write down the Secret PhraseMetaMask will display a secret phrase consisting of 12 words. It is crucial to write down and keep this phrase in a secure place. Click the "Next" button to confirm that you have saved the phrase. Step 10: Confirm the Secret PhraseOn the following MetaMask screen, you will be asked to confirm the secret phrase. You need to select the words from the list in the correct order. Choose the words and click the "Confirm" button. Step 11: Set a PasswordOn the final MetaMask screen, you will be prompted to set a password for your wallet. Enter the password, repeat it for confirmation, and click the "Create" button.
