What is a CAFTR security token?

The CAFTR token provides investors with the opportunity to own a proportional share from 50% of all revenues generated from the commercialisation of our docuseries "Tarocchi e Racconti".
By acquiring CAFTR tokens, you support a significant cultural project and also receive substantial financial benefits from your investments after the series is released (approximately one year or earlier).
After the release of the series you will be able to:
● Sell your tokens at a price significantly higher than the purchase cost
or
● Hold these tokens and receive annual dividend payments.
The CAFTR token is expected to increase in value as the completed series begins generating income and profits annually for at least 10 years. The anticipated token value growth is estimated to grow exponentially during the first year of the docuseries distribution.
Furthermore, the CAFTR token is convertible, meaning that token holders have the right to convert their CAFTR tokens into the underlying investment token of Cellini Art Fund S.p.A, called CLLI, at its nominal value, regardless of the profitability of the "Tarocchi e Racconti" film project.
The CLLI security token is backed by shares of the authorised capital of Cellini Art Fund S.p.A

The "Tarocchi e Racconti" project is fully prepared for production and has promising prospects for distribution on major streaming platforms and television networks.
The series project has already received support from the UNESCO Club Committee in Florence.

Taking into account the projected economics of the project, the market value of the series after its release could generate up to 2/3 times its production cost.
The market value of one CAFTR token represents a 1/10,000 fraction of the market value of the series, which would give the token the potential to be worth 3 times its nominal value once Tarocchi e Racconti is released.
To ensure transparency and convenient distribution of revenues among investors, CAFTR tokens will be deposited in a dividend collection smart contract.
Following the company's annual financial report, which is audited by independent auditors of Cellini Art Fund S.p.A 50% of the series' income will be automatically distributed among CAFTR token holders.
In the event that Cellini Art Fund S.p.A sells all rights to the series to a third party, CAFTR token holders will receive a return on their investments, plus 50% of the profits from the sale.

The goal of the smart contract

CAFTR Token Deposit Smart Contract provides investors with the opportunity to receive their share of the revenues from the commercial exploitation and rental of the series "Tarocchi e Racconti" (A joint production of Cellini Art Fund SPA and NACNE Productions SRO). Profits are distributed among investors who deposit their tokens.

Depositing conditions

The profit distributed by this smart contract constitutes 50% of the total profit generated from the commercial exploitation of the TV series. The profit is distributed annually. To participate in profit distribution, investors must successfully undergo KYC/AML procedures, and their information must be added to the whitelist of this smart contract.It is important to deposit CAFTR tokens on the smart contract before BNB is credited.
