Subscribing as a Corporate EntityIf you are subscribing on behalf of a corporate entity, complete the Corporate Entity Subscription form before initiating the KYC process. You will be contacted by email with further instructions specific to corporate onboarding.
Step 1: Set Up a Compatible WalletBefore starting, ensure you have a Binance Smart Chain compatible wallet, such as MetaMask. Your wallet address will be required during the KYC and onboarding process. For step-by-step wallet setup instructions, refer to the MetaMask guide in the Investor Area.
Step 2: Complete Identity Verification (KYC)All prospective token holders must complete a Know Your Customer verification process through our independent compliance partner, Sumsub. Submit the required identification documents as prompted. We recommend completing the KYC process on a mobile device. Cellini Art Fund S.p.A. does not collect, store, or process personal data submitted during KYC. All identity information is handled exclusively by Sumsub in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable regulations.
Step 3: Wallet WhitelistingFollowing successful completion of the KYC process, your Binance Smart Chain wallet address will be submitted for whitelisting on the token smart contract. Whitelisting is a mandatory compliance requirement. Only whitelisted addresses are eligible to receive and hold Cellini Art Fund security tokens. You will be notified by email once your address has been approved.
Step 4: Follow the Subscription InstructionsFollowing whitelisting, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to complete your subscription. This includes your preferred payment method, either cryptocurrency transfer or bank transfer, settlement steps, and token delivery instructions.
Step 5: Receive Your Proforma InvoiceUpon completion of your subscription, you will receive a proforma invoice by email from moc.dnuftrainillec%40ofni confirming your purchase. The invoice documents the number of tokens acquired, the unit price, the total due, and the payment details including bank transfer and cryptocurrency wallet options. Corporate subscribers may be asked for additional details to ensure the invoice is issued correctly for their records.
Step 6: Confirm Token ReceiptOnce settlement is complete, tokens will be delivered to your registered wallet address. Verify that the correct amount has been received using the token contract address provided in your onboarding documentation.
Step 7: Deposit Your TokensTo become eligible for revenue distributions, you must deposit your tokens into the designated dividend distribution smart contract. Detailed deposit instructions will be provided when the distribution cycle opens for the relevant token. Only tokens properly deposited and registered in the whitelist are eligible for each distribution cycle.
